All orders are processed within 0-1 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom or made-to-order items may take longer to prepare — estimated processing time will be specified on the product page.

We currently ship to:

• European Union

• United Kingdom

If your country is not listed at checkout, please email us at jaime@aloka.store and we’ll do our best to accommodate your order.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or seasonal volume.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping in Spain for orders over €150.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Aloká is not liable for these charges.

7. Delays and Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Customs processing

• Carrier disruptions (weather, strikes, etc.)

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us, and we will help you investigate the issue.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at jaime@aloka.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can assist you.
