Returns Policy

Returns must be sent to:

If your return is accepted:

  • We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • Damaged

  • Or if you received the wrong item

This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have

  2. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with all returns:

  • Items must be unused, with tags, and in the original packaging

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return:

  • We’ll notify you if the refund is approved

  • If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note:

  • It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
